The Zenergy Fact Sheet

  • 5-6 Hours Per Day Physical Activity to include an element of military style training, Zumba, Yoga and outdoor adventure activities such as hiking, cycling and water sports (All outdoor activities are weather dependant)
  • 1-2 Hours Per Day of Nutrition based learning
  • 2-3 Hours Per Day of Personal Development
  • All activities to take place in the bunkhouse, outside or in the barn
  • All activities are mandatory to ensure you get the most of the experience and achieve your optimum results. However, if you are scared of heights, water or any element of an activity we only encourage you to do what you can.
  • Bunkhouse accommodation – We limit all of our Zenergy Wellness Weeks to a maximum of 14 people. You will be sharing a room; rooms are divided into 3 bunks per 2 rooms and 2 bunks in 1 room. Each room has en-suite facilities so you will only ever share with a maximum of 5 other clients. (This style of accommodation is proven to enhance group camaraderie and cultivate friendships)
  • You are not permitted to leave the site during your stay unless absolutely necessary and in those cases you will be supported by member of staff
  • No washing machine facilities on site
  • Zenergy Wellness Week coordinator onsite
  • Male PTI and Female PT onsite for physical activity sessions
  • Zumba and Yoga instructors onsite for sessions
  • Nutritionist onsite for group lectures
  • Change and Development Practitioner onsite for group workshops
  • Chef onsite to provide meals and workshops
  • All food, drinks and activities are included. There are no hidden costs once you are with us.
  • Water proofs and Hiking Boots are essential for this camp. Some activities to be done off site so please bring a rucksack to carry any items you need for the day. A 1 litre water bottle is also a necessity
