We provide a full, fun and varied physical activity programme that includes an element of boot camp style fitness delivered by our team of friendly, forgiving and highly qualified Royal Marine Personal Training Instructors complimented by our female Personal Trainers, Zumba and Yoga instructors as well as outdoor activities such as Hiking, Cycling and Watersports. We are mindful of the varying levels of fitness of our clients and there individual health and weight loss goals and aim to accommodate each and every one of you so that you are able to achieve your optimum. In addition you will provided with the opportunity to have a one to one with our trainers to support you to integrate physical activity into your everyday lives so that you can continue your health, fitness, weight and wellness journey when you return home.
